This post is from a client I terminated very early in the process. Terminating a client contract is painful, but in this situation I felt it was my only option. This person was very verbally abusive. I chose to remove myself from the working relationship sooner rather than later to spare any further interactions. I clearly explained why I would not be able to continue working with him, wished him well, and even refunded his money (conveniently left out of the one star review). Sadly, every designer encounters this client at one time or another. I do feel I handled an awful situation the very best I could.
