> Now that we have our fireplace installed in our wall for $10k and have spent a year wrestling with it to just get it to function, I can confidently say this have been one of the worst home purchases we have ever made. Both my husband and I are in our 30s, very tech savvy, paid for a high end model…. And it’s absolute garbage. Everything from sending the wrong sized parts for install, difficult set up, constant difficultly lighting, and even the remote randomly quits working. We’ve spent countless hours and emails with customer service. If you value your sanity and time — buy a different brand.

A: Unfortunately I do not have that information. This installation was done by Fireplaces Unlimited in Vancouver, they may be able to provide some details.

**Q: TV over fireplace** *(in Photo Questions)*

We are planning to get PL 52 and PL 42. We will use tiles fore fireplace surround, and will like to place TV over both fireplaces. What should be the minimum ditance between top of the fireplace window and bottom of the TV? General guidelines will be helpful. Please advise.
