> KCS Design (Kathy Sabbagh and Jody Guest) developed the plans for my kitchen and family room remodel, after being recommended to me by the contractor I hired. The project included a complete gutting of the kitchen, raising part of the floor, a new floor plan including modifications of several walls, and installation of new flooring, counter-tops, cabinets, paint colors, and appliance selection.

> Kathy and Jody's professionalism and warmth, including their amazing ability to listen and "get" my preferences and tastes, resulted in a kitchen remodel that was much more than I thought I could do within my budget.  And it the end product was truly reflective of what I would have designed, had I had the design skills (which I don't!).

> Working with KCS Design made this project so much easier for me as a novice to the process.  They stress that they are  willing to provide as much, or as little,  guidance, as needed (I happened to want a lot of guidance). And they somehow translated my vague descriptions of what I thought I wanted into something that really worked - and far surpassed what I thought I could get within my budget.

> They acted as advocates for me with the contractor and subcontractors, making the process so much easier for me, as a novice to the process. They have my highest recommendation as professionals with strong knowlege of both construction and design, and with a gift of being both willing and able to really listen to and translate the wishes of the client into a beautiful end product that reflects the tastes of the client.
