> Leslie was a dream to work with on this project This is a secondary place of residence, currently our son resides there as a college student.  Leslie understood immediately the concept we had for the extensive renovations to modernize the apartment and open up the space.  The building is from 1964 and the floorplan, flooring, tile and kitchen were unchanged from that period.  Walls were taken down and the closets in the master bedroom were reconfigured to make a more open space, taking advantage of the views of Biscayne Bay.  The flooring was totally replaced as was the window sill tile.  The kitchen was totally gutted and opened up to the living room; new cabinetry, countertops and appliances installed.  Track lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.  This was actually the most frustrating part of the renovation as the subcontractor's employee just couldn't understand the proper installation for these fixtures ( no fault of Leslie's).  Leslie worked closely with the lighting company, the contractor and the sub to make sure everything was installed correctly - bringing the lighting company onto the site multiple times to explain the proper installation.  All this was accomplished via email and phone calls since we live hundreds of miles away.

A: Hello! this tile is from Bisazza. http://bisazza.com/\#/collections\_en\_0\_1\_0.html.
This pattern is from an older collection but I am sure they have something similar.

A: This table was custom made for us by Chiaro in Medley Florida. I selected the mosaic color and stone finish.
