> Mile High recently installed a front garden fence, restored a back garden fence, and made improvements to our back patio area. This is the second time we've hired Mile High, and both times the work has been outstanding. We enjoy working with Tyler as the project manager, and with Steve and his metal working expertise, and with all the excellent crews that work on the projects. The cost of our projects was reasonable and a good value. I would not hesitate to hire Mile High again, and highly recommend them.

> Mile High Landscaping did an awesome job and showed great attention to detail throughout the project. They were easy to work with, professional, and delivered high-quality results. I would definitely recommend them and would gladly work with them again

> We live in an urban neighborhood in Denver and therefore, have a smaller backyard space. We wanted to utilize the area in the best way possible, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We knew it would need quite the overhaul and the perfect design to make our vision happen. We contacted Mile High Landscaping because of their experience with smaller urban backyard spaces. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The entire process and cost is laid out from the beginning, from the design phase to the execution and completion. There were no surprises, which made the project a very pleasant experience. Our designer and project manager, Tyler, was great to work with for the project. We loved his design and his creativity but also his professionalism the entire process. He was easy to reach and quick to respond with any questions we had. The ground crew was also friendly, tidy, highly skilled and very communicative during the execution phase. We could not be happier with the outcome. Everyone that sees the space is so impressed with the before and after. We area looking forward to warmer weather when we can utilize the new space. I highly recommend Mile High Landscaping. I would use them again for future landscaping projects.

**★★★★★ — Rebecca, Dec. 2023**

> We hired Mile High Landscaping (MHL) to update the backyard of our Berkeley neighborhood duplex and couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. They listened to our needs and offered a wonderful plan that was functional, beautiful and within our budget. Their subs and employees were fabulous to work with at every step of the project. Most of the subs had worked with MHL for years and all were clearly experienced and knowledgeable. We were constantly amazed at the way the backyard was left each evening regardless of the progress of the project or the sub involved. Employees and subs always cleaned any trash, swept, used a blower, if appropriate, and allowed us to continue using the backyard throughout the project.
>
> Their follow-up after project completion has also been wonderful. We are so pleased with the results of our project that we plan to have MHL design and install a new fence to frame our beautiful new backyard.
>
> For reference, we installed porcelain tile, a custom-fabricated pergola with a retractable cover, a gorgeous custom-fabricated fire pit, artificial grass, new rocks/gravel, concrete steppingstones, lighting and plantings. All permits, inspections, and other aspects were handled by MHL without our involvement and in a timely fashion.
>
> Don't confuse MHL with another Denver company with a similar name! We can't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed!

**★★★★★ — tamiashae, Sept. 2022**

> We worked with Tyler to come up with a backyard design which included expanding our existing patio, working with another contractor to install a custom motorized pergola, tiling all the hardscape, installing a gas grill and bar top, a custom water feature, a custom planter, and a custom gas fire pit. He added up lighting and path lighting, string lighting, and did a planting plan as well. Tyler was very detailed in his design work and brought over a large-scale design to go over in detail with us. It was exactly what we wanted including some ideas of his own that enhanced the space.
>
> Tyler helped us pick materials and met me at several locations to go over options for countertops and patio tile. He was very responsive to all of my questions and suggested specific items for me to purchase like which grill to buy and offered specific lights for us to choose from. I never felt like I was a burden to him and my questions were plentiful! His expertise was apparent throughout the entire process. He would meet me at my house any time I requested him to go over certain details of the project.
>
> His subs from the landscaping crew to the concrete crew and his special project wizard Steve who custom built the planter, fire pit, kitchen set up, and hung my string lights, were all incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional, kind, and responsive to all my suggestions, inquiries, and requests.
>
> I can't say enough good things about Tyler, his crew, and Mile High Landscaping in general. He was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project and we are beyond thrilled with the end product!

**★★★★★ — Melissa Knudson, May 2020**

> We interviewed three companies for our landscape project, and selected Mile High Landscaping based on their professionalism and overall detail, creativity and insight with the plan they designed. This was a big and exciting project for us, and it was important for us to enjoy the process as well as the finished product. The other reviews and website photographs were so outstanding that we felt optimistic we had found the right company for the jog.
>
> When we met with Will Hyde (owner of the company), we were incredibly impressed with his personalization of the project and ability to tailor his creative ideas to our needs and interests. Will did a great job of breaking down the project into phases that were understandable and flexible, and he communicated clearly how to prioritize the components of the project to best reach the outcome we envisioned.
>
> Will served as the point man for the overall job, but every crew member involved was friendly, courteous, and very skilled at what they did. We enjoyed having the crews onsite; Jorge, Steve and Venessa were all great to work with! Communication with Mile High was outstanding, including quick response to questions as well as informing us regularly what would be happening each step of the way.
>
> We now have a brand new enlarged patio, fully equipped with a beautiful water feature and raised planter bed for perennials and annuals. In addition we have new trees and planted gardens surrounding the patio that are stunning, unique, and very special to us. We could not be happier with the end result, and look forward to working with Mile High again next year for Phase Two that will address the remainder of our back yard.

**★★★★★ — Bob Shaw, March 2020**

> We had a large project done throughout the property that involved the design and implementation of a complete landscape overhaul.
> It included patios, steps, fireplace, trees, plants, flowers, etc.
> Will & team did a great job on all aspects. We always get compliments from neighbors and guests!!

**★★★★★ — Linda Bradford, Jan. 2020**

> We were looking for a full service design-build firm to help us transform our small yard in the Stapleton area. The job would require a full demolition of our backyard, including our two-story deck (from the original home builder) to rebuild a bigger and better one. In addition to the new deck, we wanted a water feature and fireplace, but weren't sure how to make it work. From the moment we spoke to the team at Mile High, we knew we had the right partner. They saw our vision and transformed our space into a glorious outdoor living room. As mentioned in previous reviews, Mile High retains a craftsman in the form of a welder that can create custom steel masterpieces. We have a gorgeous water feature that also serves as a planter to separate our new deck/dining area from our fireplace/seating area. It is a living art installation in the summer months with potato vines and flowers. I will have to post pictures at a later date. Our deck is beautiful and with the new dry-below, we can sit outside while it is raining and not get wet from the upper deck. The team was thorough, timely, and the owner Will, personally addressed any post-project adjustments. The design that Mile High brought us was incredible and they were amazing to work with. From 2 new decks, water feature, custom fireplace, concrete, turf, and a new fence, I'll be forever grateful for their service.

**★★★★★ — Sarah Glaser, Jan. 2020**

> I hired Mile High Landscaping to perform a major renovation of my back patio, and I could not be happier. They were excellent at everything, but in particular, the quality of their hardscape is impeccable. The welder is amazing. The crew built and installed six massive steel beams to support our large arbor and everything about it was done well - how deep they buried them, the powder coat, the styling. I am in love with the patio tiles Will helped us pick and the pattern in which they are laid. The welder also designed a gorgeous fence and gate with alternating sizes of steel slats. (I know they took a loss on that fence and it's amazing). In fact, after getting a few other bids and designs, the reason I chose Mile High is because Will was the only one to have a creative and beautiful idea to hide our fuse box and hose connections - an idea no other company seemed to come up with. Everything about the styling and design of our arbor, fire pit, water feature, and tree placement was done with fantastic eye. We get compliments every time we have people over. Will did an awesome job with the outdoor lighting. Finally, they took a chance on us (and vice versa) in pouring a concrete bar and it turned out fantastically. I don't trust easily, and eventually I learned to just trust their ideas and vision and it worked out great. The landscaping is lovely and they tolerated a ton of input and indecision from me. Overall, I couldn't recommend them highly enough and I plan to hire them again for our front porch. This was a big job and they handled everything well. It has held up gorgeously through a full year and I can't wait to see what the landscaping grows into soon. If you're looking for a local company with a friendly and respectful crew, designers with a modern but practical eye, and a company that will listen to you - this is it!

**★★★★★ — Lisa Marks, Jan. 2020**

> Really happy that we picked Mile High Landscaping for our job. There was more construction then landscaping , new patio roof, wall removal and replaced with sliding glass doors and a beautifully done work shed. Will and his crew were responsive to calls and emails , respectful to neighbors and cleaned up on a daily basis. Give these guys a shot you will not be disappointed.

**★★★★★ — Megan and John Linhoff, Jan. 2020**

> Hands-down the best around!
> We needed help with a half-acre+ yard that hadn’t been touched in 20 years or more — a huge mess of overgrown trees, eroded grading and long-gone decks, patios and walkways. We talked to numerous landscapers who left us feeling like we’d just talked more with a used car salesman than a professional landscaper — and who also could only help with certain parts of our project, not the deck and hardscaping elements, etc. We were at a loss. Then came Mile High Landscaping. We’re so glad we found them!
>
> Where other companies came in and gave us a play-by-play of what they thought we needed, Will took the time to walk the entire property with us to understand what we were working with and how we’d most like to use the space. First, he came up with some amazingly creative ideas with a few really special elements — like a modern horizontal fence to break up the big front yard and an extended front porch with built-in seating to highlight our mountain views. Then, he provided thorough, professional 3D renderings that gave us a really clear idea of what to expect (and also got us beyond excited about moving forward with the project). Will helped us understand the costs of the various components and ways to adjust or phase certain features to stay within budget yet maintain the integrity of the design.
>
> Not your typical landscaping company, Mile High was able to help with every piece of our landscaping/hardscaping project — from the planning, permitting, grading, new decks, patios all the way down to a perfectly executed address plate at the front gate. Will was beyond professional, and he communicated in a way that kept us both informed and at ease at every stage of the project. If you’re looking to work with a creative professional who will deliver a high-end landscape and a good experience Will and his team are the firm for the job!

**★★★★★ — Liesl E, Aug. 2019**

> Mile High helped us to create a custom landscape that was affordable and best suited for our unique city space. Will and his team were receptive to our needs and the installation turned out beautiful and ahead of schedule! They helped turn our back patio into a little oasis in heart of Denver where we can now entertain friends, as well as transform our dog run into a lush area for our doberman to enjoy using some of their highest quality turf - that stuff is incredible! Needless to say, we could not be more pleased with the result and how Will's design became a reality. We plan on using his team for future projects knowing the quality we will receive within the timeframe given and could not be happier with the outcome!

**★★★★★ — greenemmad, Jan. 2019**

> We had a wonderful experience working with Will at Mile High Landscaping. The final product is beautiful and we are looking forward to warmer weather so we can put it all to good use. Will was easy to work with, great communication, and always kept us updated on timelines. High quality products and respectful workers. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again for any future landscape needs. Thank you!

**★★★★★ — Patrick Coppinger, Sept. 2018**

> We were recommended to Mile High Landscaping by a friend for our home. When we met with Will he was professional and listened earnestly. We provided him with images of styles and ideas we liked. After a few weeks he presented his idea to us and we loved it. The scope was far too big to complete in one project so we phased it and began work on the first phase the following spring, it could’ve been earlier but we wanted a sand finish on the concrete - this requires higher temps than other finishes. The crews were great though we had one build issue. We worked with Will and his team and made lemonade from lemons. He made it right and we all ended up with a better design in the end!
>
> After living with phase 1 for the last 3 years (and getting constant compliments on the patio and pergola) we are now ready to complete the project with Will. We met recently and are excited to make some small updates to our design. We spent time going over desired budget and reworked areas to save cost here and “do it right” or splurge there. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Will and his team.

**★★★★★ — Rachel Romero, May 2018**

> Excellent service. On time delivery. Explained pros and cons and provided feedback on what works well for Colorado environment. Addresses concerns promptly. We have been with this company for all our projects and we are so glad to have found them at the Home and Garden show. Thanks Will Hyde for making a difference to our home....

**Comment from Mile High Landscaping:**

> Our pleasure Rachel (and Rick)! I think the most telling detail of our relationship with this client is that we have done four phases to their project over the course of 8 years (all at the same house). We did their backyard in 2010! Then in 2016 we did their front and side yards. Then in 2018 we did some smaller projects retrofitting railings, balconies and making some utility screens. Honestly, this is about the best compliment that we can get from our clients, return work. This lets me know that myself and our team are doing a great job, keeping our clients happy and creating beautiful spaces! Everyone here at Mile High Landscaping thanks you for the repeat business! We look forward to servicing your needs in the future! Shots are from our various phases of work.

**★★★★★ — Christine C., Aug. 2017**

> We can’t say enough good words about the whole process from start to finish that we experienced with Mile High Landscaping (MHL), to include our designer \[Tyler P\], the owner \[Will\], and the entire crew \[Nick (our super), Emerson, Beto, Shane, Jose, Tyler2, Sergio, Gustavo\] – they are true professionals.
>
> We commenced the process in Feb 2017 by doing as much research on the internet as practical, and eventually decided to interview two companies based on their online portfolios that seemed to best fit our vision. My husband and I independently met with each designer at our house, and thereafter decided to move forward with MHL, and it was the best decision we could have made.
>
> Our backyard project started as a dismal dirt lot (new build) in need of anything and everything…there was nothing when we started except a bleak dirt canvass. After working with Tyler on the budget & design and then some back and forth to get everything fine-tuned, our final plan involved adding the following: a poured patio, seat wall, stucco & fascia stone, pergola, accent boulders, a lot of other rock & cobble, a crushed granite walking path, flagstone steppers, a drip system, and numerous plantings to include deciduous and evergreen trees and over 50 perennials and bushes.
>
> The final product turned out absolutely beyond our imagination, and we have received so many compliments on the design. We back to a golf course/walking path, and so many people have stopped to tell us how beautiful it is, and how much they enjoy walking by our yard. MHL basically transformed our dismal space into a rustic retreat which makes us feel as if we are at a mountain sanctuary every time we step out.
>
> As I mentioned earlier, their professionalism is beyond reproach. Tyler, Nick and the crew communicated with us throughout the entire process, and always kept us apprised of the schedule and timeline. They worked on our project straight through until it was done; they did not stop in order to start a job at another location or ever leave us hanging at any moment. They were courteous, punctual, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The crew worked very well together and was always respectful of one another; the pride they took in their work was evident at every stage. We cannot speak more highly of MHL and everyone on their team!

**★★★★★ — Amy Van Court, June 2017**

> There aren’t enough words. I explored many options for designing and implementing a major landscaping project for my mid-century modern home, including hiring a landscape architect to design and manage the project, to utilizing a design/build company that would do it all. It was clear that each option had pros and cons and there was no clear answer at the outset. The stakes seemed high: my property was overrun by juniper shrubs that had not been touched in close to 60 years. There were portions of the quarter-acre property that probably hadn’t been touched by human feet in decades. The house itself was completely remodeled prior to my purchase of it — it is a local mid-century gem and so deserved to have landscaping that honors it vs. detracting from it. I knew this would be a major project and I desperately wanted to work with someone who cared as much about this place as I do (or almost as much, anyway).
>
> Enter Will Hyde and Mile High Landscaping. After all those interviews with architects and other design/build companies, it became clear that this was my best option. Will is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, easy to get along with, and he listens as well as he advises. He’s a phenomenal designer who has hired and trained other phenomenal designers. The man is honest. I mean truly honest. There were many opportunities for Will or his employees to do the wrong thing — hiccups and the unexpected that come up naturally. And every single time they had the opportunity to choose, they did the right thing. Even when they didn’t know I was watching. It was simply astonishing, and so heartening, to witness people who cared about the work, took pride in it, worked well together, and communicated well and often.
>
> Here’s something else that could be easy to overlook: the owner’s relationship with his crew. I met at least three of Will’s foremen during the time my project was underway. They, too, were honest and knowledgable, as well as respectful of me and my home. And the guys who worked for them — essentially the laborers — were all clearly happy in their work, took pride in it, and got along well with those who were senior to them. I never saw a person do something halfway, and I often saw someone go above and beyond. I never heard a whispered complaint or saw an expression of frustration or anger. Everyone just seemed to get along, support each other, and know what needed to happen for the job to be a success. Over the months it took to complete the project, I saw the same faces. There appears to be no revolving door of crew at Mile High.
>
> Engaging in a project of the magnitude of this one was scary — it was a significant commitment financially as well as in time and attention. Working with Will and his team was a delight, even when the inevitable challenges arose. It’s so important to work with people one can trust who will adjust as things evolve on the project. I am so glad I took the time and effort to find and ultimately decide to hire Will and Mile High Landscaping. I will honestly say that going forward, whenever someone tells me they’re planning a landscaping project and are considering any other company than Mile High, I will respond “Why the heck would you do that?” The appearance of my beloved home is testimony to Will’s design and implementation skills. But the experience of working with Mile High can’t be seen. From my experience there is every reason imaginable to hire these guys.

**★★★★★ — Unique Monique, March 2017**

> I had my entire back yard landscaped by Mile High and, from the first contact, I was blown away by their professionalism, creativity and responsiveness. Even after the amazingly beautiful actual work was completed, they stayed in touch and have been continually helpful with any needed tweaks, such as replacing bulbs in the landscape lights and resetting the water feature when it settled and become slightly uneven... all free of charge! I very highly recommend them.

**★★★★★ — John Ervin, Sept. 2016**

> After some research on-line we selected a few landscape design/build contractors to interview. Mile High Landscaping was first on our list and we met with the owner Will Hyde at our home. It was evident from the start that we had found our guy. Will has great vision and had a sense of our expectations. Right away we felt that he was not only in tune with our ideas but would be someone with whom we could easily communicate.
>
> Our lot was going to be a challenge as the grade was fairly steep and the existing swales made for some tricky design decisions. Will and his design team put together a plan that we didn't envision and the end result was amazing. Our expectations were far exceeded and now months later we are watching as this living art grows before us! Because of the stunning results we were able to meet all of our new neighbors as they were equally amazed.
>
> The project took about a month to create of which 75% of the time was spent in grading and setting some 40 tons of large boulders and 10 tons of flagstone. Will personally oversaw the installation of the flagstone steps and bridges and his enthusiasm was infectious. It was clear that he wanted the very best for us and to create a masterpiece; mission accomplished!
>
> The crew was quite professional and their expertise in every aspect of the project was exceptional. The irregular flagstone patio and fire pit was quite a chore but was done with the greatest attention to detail. The project foreman himself was a soils engineer and landscape architect. He expertly carried out the vision set forth by the design team in addition to making on-the-fly decisions that were called for by the nature of the terrain.
>
> The real eye opener is when the planting begins. We trusted Mile High to select the various trees, shrubs and plantings and all are beautiful and fit with the entire vision perfectly. In one day this dirt was transformed into an oasis!
>
> If you're looking for something special in your landscape that can be enjoyed for many years, you should do yourself a favor and call Mile High. Exceptional group.

**★★★★★ — blipman, July 2016**

> If you’re looking to create an amazing, custom-designed landscape project working with an enthusiastic designer who has an eye for detail, then take a look at Mile High Landscaping. Our salesmen was creative, knowledgeable, and was a match from the start. He listened carefully to our ideas and reviewed photos my wife and I had pulled from various websites and magazines. Our initial meeting was at our home. Our backyard is about 2500 square feet. He immediately had a vision. He began to sketch. His excitement was contagious. He showed us some of his ideas and we were hooked.
>
> I worked construction before becoming a physician. There are some very important considerations to take into account before hiring a contractor. We saw photos of previously completed backyard projects. We spoke to people who had used Mile High Landscaping in the past. The sales and production team at Mile High kept in excellent communication. Our project lead heard our ideas and incorporated them into his. In a few weeks we had a large architectural drawing of the backyard concept. It was better than we had hoped. Our salesman provided full and clear itemized estimates. He talked us through how he subcontracts some of the work and how the process would progress. Having a cohesive team manage the entire process from design to completion is critical. Our salesman introduced us to the concrete, electrical and gas subcontractors. Each of them showed up on time and completed their part of the project on budget and without issue.
>
> I have to say that Mile High’s design and execution exceeded our expectations… and our expectations were set high. Will Hyde designed an oasis. A 12-foot-long, five-foot-high, 2.5-foot-wide central monolithic fireplace is surrounded by the most modern-looking integral charcoal-colored poured concrete I’ve ever seen. Decorative linear cuts segment the multilevel patio and steppers. A powder-coated steel planter bed draws the eye, topped with a grey stone water feature. Framing the left and right of the patio are two massive pergolas, each supported on one side only, cantilevered over the concrete. Each was custom designed and engineered, constructed of steel I beams and cedar. Throughout this innovative design are thoughtfully placed warm LED path lights and warm LED up lights, each with their own purpose and intention.
>
> Mile High Landscaping has been a pleasure to work with. Our designer brought a creative energy and enthusiasm that we really appreciated. His attention to detail and project execution was excellent. Mile High Landscaping is also connected with Creative Living, a modern interior and exterior home décor store. It is a wonderful place to find all the decorative accessories that really finish an outdoor space, changing a backyard not only into a functional space but one that deserves to be lived in.

**★★★★★ — Barbara Benik, Feb. 2016**

> Designed & constructed a 2-tier Allen block wall system for our front landscape. Replaced several sections of broken concrete in our driveway. Completed a new section of concrete to drain into a neighboring concrete pan. Installed landscape fabric, mulch, and rock.
>
> While our initial contact was with Will Hyde, we worked with Tyler Prout throughout the project, from initial consultation, to design, to construction. The attention to detail carried over from Tyler to the rest of the crew in all aspects of the project. They all took great pride in their work, and we could not be happier with the end result!
>
> This company operates very professionally, with a written contract, individual line items of payment, and a schedule for completion. They show up for work on time and put in a full day of work.

> Over this past summer (2015) we contracted Mile High Landscaping to completely remodel our back yard. Instead of an actual review we felt it would be more telling if we just posted our honest, heartfelt gratitude for an excellent job and a wonderful, fun experience (something one might not associate with big remodeling projects). We thoroughly enjoyed the entire process from consultation to completion. Will Hyde and Tyler Prout gave honest feedback on our initial wish list which culminated in a concept that was realistic to our budget and one that would maximize the value added to our home. Then they took that concept and made a concrete design that matched exactly what we had pictured in our dreams and more (special credit to Tyler and the hand-drawn designs, it is obvious the care and effort that goes into each design if they are hand-drawn in that quality). Tyler was very patient and diligent in listing out costs and options from here so that we could get the most from our budget. Once the work began everything was completed with care and quality and every Mile High employee acted with the utmost professionalism. The work was done quickly in accordance with our requested timeline but also it was done well. The finished product is beautiful, unique, and exactly what we had hoped for.
>
> In the end we still can’t say thank you enough to Will, Tyler, and every Mile High employee that we worked with. It was fun to conceive, design, and watch the transformation of our back yard with them. We always felt valued and their care for the quality of work and the personal experience was exceptional. We now have something that isn’t just a better back yard, but it is our own, unique, outdoor living space with a ton of little touches that make it special to us and beautiful all around. Mile High Landscaping is comprised of good, caring people who take pride in their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone – the recommendation is well deserved and you won’t be disappointed.

> Typically, we do not write reviews, but we feel that Mile High Landscaping more than deserves our sincere appreciation for their superior service, organization, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
>
> As first time homeowners, we initially felt lost with the our yard. We were referred to Mile High Landscaping by a trusted friend. Through many honest and informative discussions with Will Hyde and Tyler Prout, we felt that Mile High Landscaping was the right company for us. They openly and willingly answered all of our questions patiently and honestly. They not only worked with our budget, but were honest with their estimates and stuck to the budget. In addition, it was evident that they are an extremely professional and innovative company with a keen eye for superior design and quality.
>
> Our project was led by Tyler Prout, a talented individual with exceptional character and experience. Tyler quarterbacked our project like a pro managing his hardworking team day-in and day-out. He was always patient with any of our questions, informative with valued and experienced feedback when tough decisions needed to be made, and attentive to every detail of the project.
>
> In approximately one week, Mile High Landscaping transformed our dirt filled yard into a beautiful outdoor living space. From the quality workmanship, to the 'smart scaping' design to the personal touches, our landscaping continues to inspire all that experience it. Mile High Landscaping improved the quality of our lives by extending our living space to the outdoors. We are consistently dining, relaxing, and hosting gatherings outdoors, ultimately feeling that our home is finally complete. Mile High Landscaping exceeded our expectations with the finished project.
>
> In the end, it was the quality and craftsmanship in their work and the down-to-earth, human touch in who they are as people that warrants our highest praise and recommendation. We confidently refer this company, without reservation, for landscaping services.

> Creativity, reliability and quality workmanship - that's what Mile High Landscaping brought to my backyard project. Will and his team were able to completely transform our backyard landscape into a wonderful extension of our house. They designed and installed a flagstone patio, arbor, fire pit, water feature, and landscaping for my backyard. They were able to work within my budget and came up with creative, one of a kind features to suit our style. I found their pricing to be very competitive to other quotes and the crew was really efficient. The crew always worked from the time they arrived until the end of the day and were a pleasure to have around our home. The team consistently kept me informed as to schedule and next steps. I highly recommend working with this company - you won't be disappointed.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Love the look and feel! What specific tile did you use? Thank you!** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would love the specifics on the tiles used for the patio?

A: Thanks so much! Agreed, this has a wonderful look and feel. The large format looks great in both small and large spaces. This particular tile is Unica, sourced by Arizona Tile in Denver, imported from Italy.

**Q: pergola** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the pergola steel or aluminum, dimensions and maker please?

A: Thanks for taking a look, Kath. It is one of our custom steel powder coated pergolas. Maker is Mile High Landscaping!

**Q: What material was used for the dark brown walls?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Wondering what material you used for the dark brown walls. Is that wood or possibly board formed stained concrete? If it is concrete, how does it hold up to freeze/thaw cycles through the winter?

A: Thanks for taking a look, SuAnne. Correct, this is custom formed stained concrete made to look like wood boards. This is in the Denver area and many of our clients like the low maintenance and variety of styles of concrete, so yes, it has to hold up to freeze thaw cycles!

**Q: Cantiliver?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me how you supported the cantilever?

A: Concrete caissons and steel are built to engineered drawings. Thanks for checking it out!

**Q: I love this water feature** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where can I find this or something similar??

A: It is made by Stone Forest. Go to their website and you can find the closest dealer or they can ship to you. Good luck!

**Q: Where can I purchase the red fireplace product?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Good morning! Creative Living in Denver.
