The navy patterned floor to ceiling curtains cascade beautifully over the french doors. Dark enough to keep unwanted sunlight off of my computer screen, but not so dark that they overpower the space. The similarly patterned fabric shades keep the cold out and the let perfect amount of light in. The reverse navy/white pattern looks extremely professional. The matching top treatments on the street facing windows really tie the entire studio together. I was nervous going with such a dark color, but your assessment of how light would bounce off of white walls was spot on. I love how the navy curtains coordinate seamlessly with the light gray carpeting.
