I have called 3 diff times since my purchase to get help with various installation challenges. Having built my parkside 8x12 In hindsight, I can say that it would have been good value to hire the pro to assemble. Also, I should have got full glass instead of polycarbonate on the roof. It’s too high end to cheapen with plastic parts. Step 1 of installation instructions should be to rip out all of the pages that do not apply to my greenhouse. When I first saw the instructions, I was a little intimidated, but I just dove right in. My wife helped me with the roof glazing and my son helped me with installing the ridge. Other than that I did all the work by myself. Took a total of about 26hrs. Delivery was very quick and the customer service was fantastic! The packaging protected the materials well, and the instructions were pretty good. (It's not like building a lego house, but pretty doable if you're handy and would be easier if you did it again!) > > The quality is fantastic. We completed it the day before a tornado force wind came through and we thought for sure it would be on the ground. Trees were falling all around, and the only damage was the vent hydraulics which BC Greenhouses replaced for us (with a better quality one that can stand up). > We installed ours bolted to a 2 beam high 6 x 6 retaining wall with dead men because we couldn't put in concrete piles. It is still standing sturdy 2 years later with Alberta snowfalls.
