As in most older homes, many changes had been made by various owners with little thought given to continuity. An added bonus to this renovation project was the opportunity to correct mismatched window and molding to give this home a feeling of unity. > > We renovated the existing Kitchen space with a new and more functional work triangle, cabinets and appliances. We repurposed wasted hallway space and a cramped 3/4 bath to accommodate a spacious bath with wheelchair accessibility (should it ever be needed). A four foot addition to the existing Den and the forethought of future storage needs will allow this space to serve as the main level Master Suite, should it ever be needed. A: The countertop is cashmere gold granite. This installation took place several years ago.
