I foolishly purchased their set of appliances using their website, when I called their dealers they said they have all the products after 2 months of waiting still 3 items are missing from my order, and anyway in the matter of one month same speed oven went from $ 2,849 to 4,749 without the handle. It is outrages !!! They discontinued modeled are still listed on their website Go figure !!! And saved me from spending on repairs the same I would on a brand new microwave. And he even recommended a microwave that I’m seeing in consumer reports as a high rated microwave! Thank you Justin! Upon installation the range shorted out the wiring causing sparks to fly from the knobs and outlet. The microwave heats but the turntable motor needs to be replaced as it is not spinning. > > After speaking with the retailer they arranged for a repairman to come and examine my home electric service and range.
