> I can't say enough good things about Chris.  I hired him to do an extensive kitchen renovation, gutting everything except the floors and ceiling.  He completed the work on time and on budget, and made sure to sit down with me each week to go through his list of expenses.  His professionalism was exceptional.  He was very clean and quiet, and came to the work site every day, even when sick.  He also had a wonderful attitude - very kind and easy going - and was always very respectful, taking the time to explain things to me about the progress of the work. The work was completed very fast and the final cost was surprisingly low (Chris' labour & materials came to less than others had quoted for materials alone). > I would highly recommend Chris and his team.  They were always professional and knowledgeable.  They kept the work site clean and their work was great.  They went above and beyond with the tasks that were requested.  For example, I had them install an exhaust fan in my kitchen above my stove.  They installed the duct work and then created a "camouflage" box around the exposed duct above my cabinets.  That was not required but made all the difference aesthetically.  I would definitely use this company again!

No matter what the work may be, there is a fair price but the finished product and its real "earned value" is always far better than you expect or imagine in everything they do. And they are knowledgeable, experienced and follow the proper codes every step of the way so you know your investment is going to stand the test of time. One other quality of M-3D that, for me, reflected their craftsmanship was the very professional way they managed the construction site and their tools. There is very little waste of materials, no re-work, the site is kept clean as possible, their tools were always well organized and cared for and there is no standing around with their hands in the pockets. These guys are really good. They deliver great quality for your investment.
