They don't sell product. Far more. They are a design source. Their staff are knowledgeable, generate superior kitchen and bath designs with high function and work flow, and understand materials and style choices in the context of the overall project. In our 2016 home build, they distinguished themselves because they looked beyond their products, and interacted with us in all the capacities we required. Patient with multiple revisions and enthusiastic to achieve the desired outcome. Their care extended to a selective sourcing of material finishers based on the implementation, a careful use of the correct finishing houses for countertops, for example, to ensure capabilities were correctly aligned. I called in and spoke to Amy, who came and met with me at my house within a couple of days. She listened to what I wanted, made some recommendations, told me what would work and what wouldn't work, and then drew up the initial plans. We had some back and forth with the plans, and within about a month of our initial visit, the plans were finalized. Two months later the cabinets arrived and we started the project. We were able to get the majority of the work done in two weeks, which meant very little disruption to our daily lives. Amy worked very well with me and with my contractor. She came to our house multiple times to gather measurements, drop off different samples and to see the progress on the space to determine the next step. Cabinet-Style helped us decide whether it was appropriate to take out a wall between the existing kitchen and dining room (both were small rooms)..this was the BEST decision. The layout and cabinet placement in the new bigger room( by taking out the wall ) is absolutely amazing. I LOVE the cabinets, the way we did the counters, the large drawers, and the shelf we tucked into the end of one of our walls. When you get into de-construction of an old home of course you get into a few unseen problems--so in the end this kitchen makeover gave me a new kitchen ceiling ---white wainscoting --which I also love, and goes with the homes look, and new wood flooring in the whole space--which we are also so glad we did:) These additional things made the project take a little longer--but we worked together to keep it moving!
