They were so informative on how long it would take for the product to come and updated me almost daily. The installation was so effortless on their part. Kelly listened to our likes and dislikes and made suggestions for the project. She was very conscious of our budget, she provided us with alternatives and the entire staff was patient with any questions and concerns. In the end we are thrilled with our upgrade, the colors are great, the new tile counter is easy to clean (even flour), the grout is minimal and we haven't had any issues with stains (not even red fruit punch). I even love my black sink. The professionals that did the installation were courteous, timely and cleaned up each day. Thank you for helping us move out of the early 80s.
