They did come and help some of the owners on remediation, but not others. They did not help us in any way until they came on October 19 when they sent a crew to tear out the drywall. The crew they sent was inexperienced and unsupervised. Then, Tri-Town billed us $14,372.43 for doing the remediation. They did not do any remediation. They billed for work they did not do and they were fully aware they were fraudulently billing. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! **★★★★★ — Matthew Devisse, Oct. 2020** > Tri-Town just finished a remodel at my home. To say the project went perfectly would be an understatement!! The entire house was a total remodel and Tri-Town made it look absolutely amazing! The entire process, from the initial walk-through, to the finishing touches and punch list items was seamless, totally stress-free, and simply the best! I would 1,000% recommend Tri-Town to anyone looking for a reputable, high quality, and professional general contractor. I cannot say enough good things about Tri-Town! Put simply, Tri-Town is the absolute best!! **★★★★★ — Kate Kinloch, March 2016** > Last month we finished enclosing our sun porch and converting it into a dining room. > From the beginning professionals from Tri-Town were there guiding, assisting, counseling! > > Cannot say enough about high quality of their work and their positive cheerful attitude, on time arrivals, and outstanding communication throughout the whole process. > > Highly recommend! **★★★★★ — Jose Feliciano, Sept. 2015** > Marc and his team at Tri-Town Construction are simply the best in the business. When I walked into his office off Alico Road, I was expecting the typical run-around and hard sale. Marc simply provided his best idea of how to attack our project, gave us options, and let my wife and I take as much time as we needed to decide. As a consumer in Southwest Florida, I checked out a few other firms, but we eventually decided to go with Marc because of his expertise, time in the area, and team. Our project was done before the expected date and we held our annual neighborhood get together at the house to great praise. **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > Thank you so much for your review Jose! We are proud to have played a part in making your home all that you envisioned-so glad to hear that the whole neighborhood got to enjoy your beautifully remodeled home! **★★★★★ — zmleiner0188, Sept. 2015** > Tri-Town Construction was great from stat to finish. They won our business because of their respect for our property and customer service. The project came out great! **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > Thank you so much for your review! We appreciate you allowing us to make your vision for your property come true! **★★★★★ — joannemizerak, March 2015** > Tori-Town Construction, LLC are in the process of working in our South West Florida home in Naples. We had a leak in our Master Shower which turned out to be the shower pan. The leak damaged the entire area to include the new bamboo floor that was installed in our Master Bedroom. Tri-Town has taken the worry out of the experience and their high work ethic makes everything run smoothly. > > We thoroughly recommend them to all South West Florida home owners. > Sincerely, > Joanne and Mark Mizerak **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > Joanne and Mark, thank you so much for your kind words and it was as absolute pleasure working with you. Here at Tri-Town Construction, we strive to make each of our customers extremely happy with the service we provide. Always glad to see when our efforts result in a fantastic review like this one. > > Please keep us in mind for any future projects. **★★★★★ — tet45821, Sept. 2014** > Satisfied and soon to be returning customer. > > Tri-Town took away all the stresses of being a first time homeowner in need of a first time major remodel. In comparison to two other bids Tri-town had the fairest price with the most options. The first reason I chose Tri-town was the level of detail presented in the proposal. I could tell the company was serious about earning my business and I sensed a high level of expertise just in reviewing the proposal. Secondly, every interaction with representatives of the company from the time of my initial call to my acceptance of their offer was a pleasant experience. Throughout the two week project there were no doubts or dilemmas presented to to me and the project went exactly as planned. **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > We appreciate you choosing Tri-Town for your remodel. We are so glad that we were able to provide you with a stress free, pleasant experience. We value our relationships with our clients and look forward to working with you on your next project! **★★★★★ — mmccaberrtfl, Sept. 2014** > What a great company to work with. Marc is so helpful and really understands what customer service is. It was a pleasure working with them. I used them on 4 projects so far and I have not had a issue that couldn't be worked out. **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > We appreciate your great review and are looking forward to project number five! Thank you for being a great client and entrusting us with all your building and remodeling needs. **★★★★★ — aimnaples, Sept. 2014** > Mark Devisse and his company, Tri-Town Construction was outstanding in their work on our house. I recommend him fully to anyone looking to do any re-modeling or construction. **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > Thank you so much for trusting us with your home. We appreciate your recommendation and value your business. We look forward to helping you with any of your building needs in the future. **★★★★★ — christine1166, Sept. 2014** > We hired Tri-town for a remodeling project. We now have a beautiful condo. They were very easy to deal with and were there for us throughout the whole project. The work was completed on time and the price was very reasonable for the high quality of work they provided. > We have recommended them to friends and they also were very pleased. **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > Thank you for trusting us with your project. It was a privilege to help you achieve your vision for your beautiful condo. There is no higher complement than that you would refer us to your friends. We look forward to helping you in the future with any building needs you may have. **★★★★★ — cgogan, Sept. 2014** > Tri-Town Construction is phenomenal. I am a Realtor in Naples, FL and I have referred them to several of my clients. Again and again clients are thrilled with their work. They are professional, punctual and do a quality job. They have done everything from large remodels to small jobs and all my clients have been thrilled. I highly recommend them. **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > Thank you so much for your recommendations! We value our relationships with our peers in the housing industry. We look forward to continuing to be an excellent building and remodeling resource for you and your clients. Thanks again! **★★★★★ — Builders Glass of Bonita and The Glass Shoppe, Sept. 2014** > In my business I work with remodeling contractors daily. My clients often ask me for a recommendation for a contractor. I only feel comfortable recommending a select few. Tri-town is definitely one of them! As a sub-contractor I see the contractor behind the scenes and everyone I work with at Tri-Town is on the ball and making sure the work gets done on time and correctly. I first worked with Marc about seven years ago and have watched him grow his company by doing quality work which leads his clients to refer his company to their friends and neighbors. I have just started working with Melissa recently and she is great to work with. I can tell she works very closely with her clients and listens to what they are looking for. She goes above and beyond to help them navigate a remodel that can be overwhelming if you have the wrong contractor. **Comment from Tri-Town Construction, LLC:** > Thank you so much for your referrals! We appreciate the trust you have placed in us by recommending us to your clients. We are committed to being a company you can recommend with confidence.
