The detail and amenities they provide makes a very aesthetically pleasing and functional home. Also, how the lots are positioned it is mostly private and has at least on view. I love this home. Brett and Clint are responsive and detail-oriented, traits that are uncommon in the general contracting world. Brett offers a true custom construction experience, allowing his clients to start with a blank piece of paper and a custom architect. He does not have cookie-cutter plans that are merely customizable, like most builders. Everything in the home, from the type of texture to the door knobs and faucets, is chosen by the client. The entire process is guided by the "Builder Trend" app, which displays the schedule, upcoming selection deadlines, change orders etc. The app facilitates communication between the contractor and client and keeps the project on schedule. I highly recommend Brett Lott, Clint and the rest of the team for Tri-City residents who would like a custom home. Please share the information-wood, color, manufacturer** *(in Photo Questions)* A: 3/4" hand-scraped acacia fruitwood floor by Dansk. Better late than never. :) **Q: What is the color on the walls?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Sherwin Williams has a very cool App for your smartphone. You can use the camera to snap a picture of the color and then it will give you the closest color they have for it. I have used it on several projects with very good success. The App is called colorsnap. **Q: Love the idea of bench.** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you please advise - How is the marble top supported where there is an overhang? A: Some granite fabricators will cut out a place underneath the granite for steel rods or plates that tie back into the island.
