MERCER BUILDERS is a high-end residential construction firm that specializes in building and remodeling highly crafted single family homes.  We are a unique value in the Seattle-Eastside marketplace. 

We offer the best of all worlds:  the experience, expertise, and track record of a large firm and the low overhead, personal attention, and focus of a small firm. 

We can build any project of any size or level of complexity.  There is virtually nothing in the realm of high-end residential work we have not either seen or produced multiple times.

We have never been involved in litigation or mediation and have never filed a lien on a single project.  Our credit is perfect and our reputation for paying bills on time is stellar.

Unlike large firms, we run our projects from the field instead of the office.  Our Superintendents manage the crews, supervise the subs, handle the paperwork and run all phases of the project.  We don’t think middle layers are necessary.   We believe having a single person in charge is the most production-efficient way to build any residential construction project.

Our books are 100% open and we document every cost.  Our paperwork is thorough and very easy to understand.  We walk you through every option, trade-off, and selection to ensure you always make an informed decision.

Being a small company, we are extremely selective about who joins our team.  We don’t hire average workers or settle for average efforts or results.  We employ the Navy SEALS of construction to deliver the highest standards in the industry.
