Vladimir was professional in every sense of the word, knowledgable, highly skilled and even-keeled when things did not go perfectly, able to problem solve and address the unexpected. He shows up when he says he will, follows up with every communication in a timely manner and maintains a good working relationship with the home owner. The additional crew he employs on site when needed are hard workers and responsible. The job was a mid-range construction project around $71,000. We felt we received a good product for a reasonable price, but more than that, we enjoyed working with a contractor who respects the home owner and is responsive to our concerns and anxieties. Vladimir is extremely dependable and he consistenly communited with us throughout the process. He showed up when he said he would. His attention to detail is remarkable.
