He was knowledgeable about all the furniture options and presented that information to us without a" hard sell" speech. The most amazing part of his service was being able to arrange for our furniture to be delivered ahead of time so as to accommodate guests from Germany who were arriving before the scheduled delivery date. He always answered emails promptly and kept us informed about delivery details. Our overall experience from choosing the set until it was delivered to our dining room was extremely positive.
