I want to keep my ceiling what it currently is in my kitchen because of lighting over the island, however I have an option to vault or do a cathedral ceiling in the new area (about 12 feet out) in my living room. I will be putting in bookshelves around tv area also. I'm not sure how that will look. Should I just keep ceiling the same height all over or go for the cathedral ceiling in the section of living room that is new? Any advise and pictures would be appreciated! A: Hi, I was able to confirm what I suspected about the wall color, it is a custom blend by our trusted sub-contractor. She said the closest would be Sherwin Williams color, Pussy Willow, but that would only be about 25% of that color. Having the ability to blend and produce many faux effects, has made Laura a great asset in customers achieving their desired color. Thanks for the inquiry. Mrs. TVCI **Q: Wall color?** *(in Photo Questions)* Do you know the wall color? I love how you did the cabinets! A: Hi Jen, Isn't the color amazing! This was a project for one or our favorite (and repeat) customers. She was looking to capture an aged copper patina. We are so lucky to have a reliable paint master that had learned to do the venetian plaster finish. Ground marble is in the thick paint substance that she applies with a trowel. The cabinets are actually the original cabinets from the master bath, that she painted to compliment the look. I am so proud of her work. In this case I believe the cabinets were gone over in seven steps! The final being a small artist brush, with silver paint in this case, to catch the light.
