> This is quite possibly one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. I really want to believe the best in them because the people who work for him are lovely and pleasant to deal with. The products they produce (when you actually get them) are nice also. I ordered custom closets and an office from them in June of 2014 and was given an install date of mid-August. As of January 3, 2015, I still don't have over half of the things I ordered. This is with almost daily phone calls/texts/emails to them about everything. Dates are given and completely missed. I can understand maybe a few weeks of missing a deadline but when told things will happen next week for over 6 months, it makes you want to pull your hair out. Stay away, it's a horrible business that needs to learn how to better deal with operations and customer service.
