Phil and his team collaborated well with the clients and our office to deliver a beautifully refreshed Eichler. The bidding process was straightforward, construction was professional, clean, and timely, and the clients are delighted with the results. The scope included new hydronic heating throughout; a new white terrazzo floor in the living areas; repartitioning/rebuilding the entire home including new kitchen and new bathrooms; replacing all of the glass with energy efficient glazing; and replacing the original UV-faded wall paneling with book-matched white Oak panels that were coordinated with the finish of the interior doors and millwork.
