> Aitoro Appliance took an order for a $10k Sub Zero, and then informed us that there was a long back order. After several weeks of confusion, an $8000 plus Bertazonni 30" refrigerator was ordered. Upon delivery it was discovered: the salesman forgot to order handles, the ice maker was delivered and installed broken and one of the three lights were broken. Aitoro technicians were too confused by the confusing Bertazonni menu to properly complete the installation and would not or could not service the damaged unit. It's been three weeks. We are still waiting for the Bertazonni specific repairman to show up, but we're told it's another week. Still no handles.
> Before spending big on an appliance, please consider how poor Aitoro is after point of sale. They have been awful and very poor communicators. In addition, the Bertazonni unit, at over $8000 seems very poorly constructed with almost no service support in the Norwalk, CT area.

> Aitoro Appliance is a class act! We purchased all new Thermador appliances from Joe Land at Aitoro, which is a SERIOUS long term investment. The kitchen renovation was not always smooth sailing but Joe and Aitoro's was the silver lining to this arduous process. Joe's knowledge of the products and installation quirks where invaluable to my contractor. His professionalism and personal attention were top-notch! He communicated every step of the way, from ordering, to storage, delivery, questions and concerns, any email was responded to that same day. I will forever appreciate the white-glove, red carpet treatment he showed us. We are customers for life. Thank you so much :)

> The service department needs a serious reexamination of their priorities. I have had several situations where I need to make a service appointment but can't get a person on the telephone to schedule. Even when I call and leave a message twice in the same day, my call is not returned that business day.
