The experience so far has been great! The chief architect demonstrated in-depth knowledge in building code/zoning/building process/heritage constraints etc., which resulted in a smooth consultation/design/drawing processes. The lady in charge of the coordination and communication has excellent communication skills, and has always been quick to respond to our inquiries and address our concerns. The heritage committee had some special requirements on our initial drawing, and Bananarch came back with some smart ideas and got final approval from the city.
