I hired them for a project, but had to let them go because the architect (Kent (Sensitive Information HIdden)) was consistently delayed in getting back to me, ignored my emails, and when he did communicate with me he would talk my ear off about his personal life (as if I have nothing better to do) and has undoubtedly billed me for the privilege. I should have known when I had to leave multiple messages just to arrange the initial site visit. Also, don't expect an itemized statement, because you won't get one.
