What are the awnings for?are they hurricane shutters?

A: The awnings are strictly decorative.  All of the windows and door are impact-rated so there is no need for additional hurricane protection.

A: Straight from the distributor.  Legno Bastone.  Trees from France, milled in Ireland, pre-stained.  great product.

Love how the turquoise pod and that you always chose the perfect paint color to keep the room warm! What is the wall color please?

A: As in the other photo, sherwin Williams pure white.  I think the color code is 7005.

Hi I asked a ques in the wrong pic sorry. What's the wall color here? What are some of your fav paint colors? Love all your designs!

A: Most of our homes are specs. We typically use a sherwin Williams pure white for the interiors.  Sometimes we use other shades of white.  The homes show extremely well.  Thank you the compliment on the design!

A: I'm not sure.  We use an interior designer for most of our homes and they order from various sources so it may be difficult to figure out where the couch came from - but I will tell you that it is comfortable!  Thanks for the post!
