We did a gut rehab this summer of our master bathroom. Amin was great coming up with a design based on our needs. Either Amin or Malcom inspected regularly to make sure construction was going smoothly. Our priorities were: > 1\) larger shower✅ > 2\) larger vanity✅ > 3\) get rid of garden tub and step up and replace with a narrower undermount tub. ✅ > 4\) install heated floors✅ > 5\) keep linen closet - well we did not actually keep the linen closet and instead replaced with a tall linen cabinet. The shower glass took a bit longer than expected but otherwise the work was completed within the timeline we discussed.
