Megan (Sensitive Information Hidden) had all the appliance specs of the panel ready appliances. We sent her the specs before ordering the cabinets to make sure they worked with their cabinetry. Their installer came to install their wood panels to the appliances. The top of the panels they installed do not Lign up with the cabinet panels. One is 1/4” shorter and the other is 1/2” shorter. I emailed Megan if she could come and do a site inspection because there are issues with the panels not lining up. Her response was “Included in the sign-off packet was an appliance panel document stating that panels may not line up exactly to the adjacent cabinet doors.” And that was it. Unbelievable! Custom cabinets are expensive because they are supposed to look pristine and actually line up with the rest of the cabinets. This looks horrible. Do not purchase from Brentwood Cabinets.
