ZMC Urban Homes was founded by Patrick Stroup with over 32 years of experience in the homebuilding business.  Having built over 130 new homes in the nationally recognized Fall Creek Place and surrounding neighborhoods, he understands that homebuilding is not just a business.  It’s more than just assembling a stack of sticks and bricks, collecting a check and handing over a set of keys.  He knows you are not just purchasing a product but a process as well.  Your experience throughout that process will determine your satisfaction and how you feel about your new home as much as the quality and craftsmanship we put into each house we build.   It’s one of the main reasons we maintain such a high number of customer referrals and second time builds for customers.  

We view your home as the result of a partnership between ZMC and you.  We encourage you to make the custom changes that fit your lifestyle.  One of our primary goals when we work with you is to insure that the space, features and rooms in your new home don’t go unused or under-used.  We want to build the most livable, customized home just for you.  

As in any partnership, there are responsibilities on both sides but we are there throughout to explain what needs to be done and what to expect.   Most importantly; we listen.  You will have a lot of choices to make when you build a new home but we will be there every step of the way to assist, advise and to insure you feel confident in each of those decisions.
