Nick was super responsive in the planning stages (which took a long time as we had to go through the full city approval process) and once we finally got started, our project manager, Tom, was also amazing (always communicative, quick to respond to any issues that arose, Professional, and just generally very friendly and helpful). Our site manager, Sam was equally amazing. Fresh Start is so organized and simply lovely to work with. We also needed to change the windows requiring additional construction inside and out. Their work is top-notch and they are very responsive if any issues arise.
