> Paid $35 to come get an inspection and measurements on my house for the whole flooring. Everything was great, the gentleman came really quick measure the whole house and promised me to come back for a moisture test. I was never notified for the moisture test after he left within the two days that he promised that he would get somebody for me. Contacted their main office in McAllen and spoke with a very rude lady that told me that she does not control where they send him. Waste of $35 and time. I thought since they were affiliated with lowes, they would be more professional about organizing there employees to have proper equipment at hand.
