> Spent a significant amount of money on brand new antique brown granite counter tops that are now ruined. They were poorly fabricated; cracks, divets, and scratches throughout the stone. When I complained they insisted that it was the stone itself but I've had this stone before and never had these problems. They sent someone to "fix it" but it was not fixed. They sent their "best" installer over after the initial attempt who made things even worse. He ground the problem areas and used something so acidic that there are even more scratches AND on top of that there is now a huge dull/ cloudy spot that measures approx 12 x 8 inches that cannot be fixed. If you want quality work look elsewhere.
