What separates this company from others is the speed and manner that problems are address--which is immediate and with kindness. At every juncture she went out of her way to be helpful always reassuring us about what we were doing and giving us all viable options.  While buying/building a new house is always stressful, I cannot imagine a more pleasant and enjoyable process.
