> We were not happy with \[plumber.   We were not informed about the placement of batteries when we lose the power.   Lack of communication between three parties involved.

I’ll be changing our protocol during light offs to make sure the battery placement is clearly explained. Although the plumber does not work for me, I do suggest him and feel responsible for the problems you had with him. I will be speaking with him and contacting you soon to make sure everything is taken care of and you are 100% satisfied with the job.
