> Sarah designed the interior of our 3/3 ocean front condo in Hollywood, Florida. We were the first occupants and had a clean slate. The work she did is subtle and sophisticated. It is an extremely peaceful place. Just knowing we have it to come home to makes being out in the world easier. We absolutely love our apartment.
> It was a delight working with Sarah. She is a true professional, has a great eye and is understanding of the clients’ needs. She can work within a budget and intrinsically knows value.

> We hired Sarah to help remodel and design our 2 level Ohana after a large water pipe in the neighboring sugar cane fields burst and caused significant damage to the entire structure. It basically had to be gutted and we had to start from scratch and replace flooring, cabinets, counters, kitchen appliances & fixtures, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, etc. Sarah worked closely with my husband and I every step of the way from start to finish. She was very professional, knowledgeable, timely, and always available. She has a keen sense of style and we were absolutely thrilled with the final product. See pictures of the Ohana in her profile. She made this stressful project easy for us! You won't be disappointed.

> Sarah Schmidt did everything, from rugs to tableware and toaster. And, she did a thoroughly professional job. Her design sense fit ours, which must have been a challenge as we were in Miami and did not meet until the day we flew in, to our new place on Maui. We could not be happier.

> It was such a pleasure to work with Sarah on a recent luxury home makeover! Her skills matching colors with lighting, finding just the right pieces for each and every nook and her commitment to not only creating a magazine-quality look while adhering to a budget but her general enthusiasm and obvious love for her job made what started out as a stressful time turn into a most enjoyable and satisfying experience. I look forward to working with her on future projects.
