> Irwin Homes built our house on budget and on time, just like their website says.  Our main contact person (Joel) was very easy to reach and provided prompt responses.  He insisted on the job being done right and was an excellent advocate and project manager for us.  Irwin staff even helped us with extra things like wall-mounting our tv.  They surprised us by building us an extra closet under our basement stairs for free (not included in the original plan), because otherwise it would have been wasted space.  After we moved in, there were a few outstanding items (broken glass pane on a light fixture, stucco, driveway, final grading) that were all completed within a month; they did not forget about us.  The tradespeople who are subcontracted are friendly and reliable.  If we build another house, we will hire Irwin again!
