Although we have been building custom homes for over 40 years, our family has been developing their craftsmanship for decades before that.

More than just a contracting company, we are a unique and rare find in the home building industry! We are constantly studying new building technologies to add to our already extensive personal skill sets.

Jack Penzer inspired us with his wood working passion in furniture making, building grandfather clocks, cedar strip canoes, and to constructing our first family home.

Through to son Doug Penzer, and grandsons Sean, Riley, and Jason, we evolved our personal skills to including the key facets of home building. Becoming experts in architectural designing, framing, hardwood flooring, radiant heat installations, tile setting, roofing, siding, cabinet making, painting, and a whole host of supporting trade skills.

 We have 40 years experience of producing exceptional custom homes in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland areas. We have an excellent reputation for delivering the finest professional quality while working within our clients budget. > Having spent many years working for Penzer Construction, I have gained a good understanding how the company works, and many personal benefits. I started as a labourer and after years of training, became a construction site supervisor.
