Rich, Kelly, Victor and Bryce were a great, experienced team — designing our beautiful pool and landscaping at our new forever home. They were problem solvers too. > Rich and his team did an outstanding job on our backyard. We showed him a few pictures of pools we liked and he brought us drawings incorporating many of the ideas we discussed in our initial meeting. Once we got started, the construction went smoothly. There were multiple crews involved however, each one worked responsibly and professionally. The end result is a backyard we are proud of. We use it almost every day and love showing off the waterfall features and multi color LED lighting at night. A wonderful experience and we would hire Rich and Paradise Polls again if we are to take on a similar project.

> I give this my highest rating due to the complications of building our pool and the perfection upon completion.  Our pool is an infinity pool built on a hillside on caissons.  As you can imagine, a very complicated process.  We hired Pacific Paradise Pools after firing the former pool company that could not complete the job after running into major issues.  We are very lucky that the owner, Rich Tonti, agreed to take on our job considering that most contractors won't take on a job that is half complete.  The pool is amazing in every way and Rich recommended many new options that we had never heard of.  Friends that visit the house make comments like... "I am not a pool guy but if I had a pool, I would want this pool." or, "This is the most amazing pool I have ever seen in the area."  If you want competence and quality, look no further.

> Pacific Paradise Pools was highly regarded by a neighbor, and they were competitively priced and supremely experienced. We had the design more or less figured out prior to meeting Rich Tonti, and he helped us fill in all of the details in such an easygoing, relaxed manner. Easy peasy! From our initial meeting and consultation with Rich to filling the pool, the entire process took four months, during the rainiest season we've had in a while. Their construction team was exemplary in their communication and their attention to detail. Nothing was left undiscussed. > We originally contacted three pool contractors but selected Pacific Paradise Pools based on Rich's response time and professionalism, the fact that the company had a real (and nearby) showroom, and Rich's obvious experience in the industry. After comparing costs, we probably could have saved a bit of money with another vendor ($5k or less) but I honestly believe we received the best service and, in my experience, tradeoffs between cost and excellence are rarely worth it. Rich put together a team of experts who coordinated the various skilled work that needs to be performed for pool construction. They were able to deliver on the timeline and the cost projections, giving us everything we asked for and a beautiful pool just in time for the summer! We would highly recommend Rich and Pacific Paradise Pools.

A: Without any more information as to size of lot, what city, hillsides, dig access, utility access and ancillary entertainment ie. bbq islands, landscape etc. Typically with a new home and adding the hardscape, with a new pool 10% to 15% of the value of the home usually compliments the value of the home.
