> Wow!  We made the best choice in hiring JAZ Developments. Joedy helped us navigate a complete kitchen remodel, a master bathroom retreat, a guest bath along with rewiring the entire house and giving her all new plumbing, heating, and air.  Our home was built in 1924 and now looks and feels so inviting.  My husband and I are procrastinators, so it was nice getting homework from Joedy to do over the weekend or what to shop for at the time.  He is so kind and explained all choices and why and never made us feel rushed.  We’ll miss his wisdom and laughter around the house.
> The crew at JAZ Developments is a wonderful team that works together, solves problems and even eats lunch together.  You will not hear blazing music, naughty language or smell cigarettes. You will know exact arrival times and get a goodbye after cleanup and before they lock up.  JAZ Developments also has fantastic sub-contractors when needed, but Joedy is skilled in all matters or will learn to get the job done.  If he has time for your project, you are one lucky customer!

> Utilities-New sewer line, water line, 400A electrical upgrade
> Infrastructure-New high-efficiency heating and air, on-demand water heater and LED lighting, new water lines, waste lines, insulation, grounded circuits, Cat 5 and Coaxial hardwired throughout the house.
> Kitchen-Expanded 200 sf, installed high-efficiency windows and French doors, laid porcelain tile, designed and installed cabinets, installed appliances including a Meile steam oven, refinished a reclaimed door to match our others.
> Master Bath- Turned useless glassed in porch into two separate areas; an upstairs laundry room on one side and the master bath on the other.  Both rooms have all new casing windows.  The laundry has porcelain tile while the master bath has heated marble floors. Custom cabinets in the master and closet with built-in vanity, dual sinks, polished nickel faucets and mirrors, a freestanding bathtub, heated bidet toilet closet, heated towel rack, and steam shower with three types of marble tiled up and on the ceiling. Custom built doors, trim and Window casings.
> Upstairs-Removed carpeting from stairs and painted risers, repaired stucco, paint throughout. Guest bath remodel with subway tile to the ceiling and marble floors.
> Deck-New wraparound deck with built-in seats, tabletop, storage buffet and a privacy feature wall with the spa looking built in.

> We contracted with JAZ Developments to remodel our master bath.  The remodel consisted of gutting the existing room and installing a new shower, shower system, soaking tub, cabinets, granite counter tops, large floor tile, large shower and surround tile, toilet, under mount sinks, widespread faucets, recessed lighting in the tub, shower and toilet areas, towel racks, large bedroom floor tile to match the new bathroom tile and two new windows.  Additionally, a large light box was removed and replaced with four light sconces across the wall.

> Throughout this project, Joedy Zapara and the JAZ crew were here when they said they would be here.  All debris was removed each day.  We selected specific faucets, tile, sinks and other appointment and Joedy advised us on our selections.  His advice was always extremely helpful and honest.  Unlike our experience with other contractors, there was never any attempt to steer us to use certain brands, vendors, products, or products from other states.

> We were so pleased with the transformation of our master bath that we then contracted with JAZ Developments to repair dry rot damage in the wooden facade on the front exterior of our house and to replace the existing fences and two gates on each side of our house.  Not only were we impressed, our neighbors were impressed as well.  We received ongoing comments from them about how friendly they found the JAZ crew to be and how much they appreciated the fact that there was never any debris left on either our property or theirs.
