Wendy and Sam were both very thorough throughout the entire process and their communications with me were frequent and responsive. They walked me through the process and we touched base each day during the remodel. We had a few minor changes during the remodel and Sam did a great job making adjustments and offering different options for some of the fixturing. Wendy always kept me up to date regarding the next steps in the remodel process. The crew did a great job as well. First and foremost, they were respectful regarding my house and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. They did a great job cleaning up each day as well. I have used several contractors in the past six months and the crew from OMG Kitchen & Bath are the only folks so far that paid attention and made the effort to keep it clean. The demo was finished in one day which helped minimize excessive dust and debris. The quality of work of excellent, especially the tile work. When all said and done, I needed a couple of adjustments on the shower door and medicine cabinet and Wendy got it scheduled immediately. Overall, the project went smoothly with minimal hang ups. Wendy also did a good job communicating any changes or adjustments that would require a change is cost.
