> My husband and I have used Hydro-Tech several times to service our sprinkler system that came installed with our home and have been disappointed each time. On the most recent (and final) occasion, they  showed up over an hour after the 5 hour window they provided, and only after we called to follow up. When they repaired a break in electrical wiring in our system, we were charged for materials without any explanation - only to find out when we received our bill two weeks later - and were also charged for labor for an assistant technician which we did not request. Each time, I have also felt that the technicians were lingering unnecessarily and charging us for the extra time. I cannot recommend Hydro-Tech, as they are not transparent with their business practices, nor have they ever once been apologetic to us about inconveniencing their customers.

After the job was completed they  followed up and explained how to use the in-ground sprinkler system and the controller.  A few months after the job was finished we discovered that our coverage area could be improved.  We contacted Hydro-Tech and they came out to our house 3 times to adjust the sprinkler system and added additional heads at no charge.
