> Oh my gosh! I was absolutely thrilled with the service Aka Architecture provided me for my dream loft apartment - a third story renovation in a Queen Anne Victorian Building, where I also run my business. The mixed use of my building made this project very tricky logistically. However, Aka Architecture handled the permit logistics amazingly, with outstanding professional communication between myself as the owner and my City's  Building Department for a smooth ride to an official permit. As for the design itself...Wow! Gorgeous! The apartment design is sheik and modern, keeping to my original vision of a dream living space, while magically maintaining much of the historic prestige of the exterior. Aka Architecture also kept the entire project from start to finish within the range of my original budget. Amazing! Aka succeeded in superseding all my expectations on every aspect of the job. Thus, Aka comes highly recommended by me to you! Do not hesitate to give them a call. You will not be disappointed. In fact, I think you will be as satisfied and fulfilled as I was!
