**Q: paint colour -- help needed** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am purchasing this cute little bungalow,  but (despite its size) I want it to say "sophisticated" rather than "cottage cute". I am hoping painting out the yellow will help. 

As an aside, any incorporation of the colour blue (preferably darker rather than lighter, but all options are on the table) would be fantastic. (e.g. blue door, etc). We are moving quite a distance and all my daughter wants is to move to a blue house. I am inclined to want to make this dream real in some sense, if possible.

A: I especially think they would work on a small home, but at the same time, that "beachy" look does seem like a fantastic idea. I'm sorry for making the decision that much harder, at least you have options! Goodluck with your decision - either way, I believe it will look great!

**Q: Paint color?!?!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Having the hardest time finding a paint color. With all the natural light the color looks different on every wall. Looking for something warm but bright- definitely not yellow!

A: Can't go wrong with a simple white - it'll brighten up the room instantly. It will also look sharp with your big windows (which are already painted white). More importantly, it'll make the cute pup standout...

**Q: Renovating a farmhouse form the late 1800'a** *(in Design Dilemma)*

A: A classic farmhouse red would look really sharp! If it's too flashy, I suggest white.
