If the sales man says they will use a laser to measure the bathroom...don't count on it. They used tape measures. It was fabulous when they were done. I am so grateful for their craftsman's ship and the honesty of the company. Bob Lucci was the professional that came to the house and talk with me. He really knew his products and what was the best fit for my family. My mother is 85 and now I do not have to worry when she is getting a shower there is plenty of places for her to hold on to plus a nice bench for her to sit on. It has really given me a piece of mind that I do not have to worry about her slipping and falling or if she does not have a lot of strength she can sit and rest till she feels her strength back. It was good to finally have a company back their work and do what they said they would do without having to fight with them. I will never have to fix anything in there again. If some thing happens I just have to call them and they will fix it. I am so happy with the end product that I hope everyone could have the experience that I have had with their contractor. Thanks Bath Fitters for making my experience beyond what I ever thought it would be.
