> I had Al Restrepo, Klein Custom Builders, build my retirement home on my 10 acres in 2022.  We have had nothing but issues with the home since with little or no response from Al.  Problems with duct work, foundation, framing, cracks in the ceiling & much more.  I just had a complete inspection of the home (57 pages).  This is the worst decision I have made.
