I engaged Andy early on to plan and assist with my older home in which I wanted some significant upgrades and cosmetic work. The Ko team helped me replace all the plumbing, completely gut and reconstruct two full baths and a kitchen, replace flooring in various spaces in the house, and install all new lighting. As someone who isn't great at visualizing spaces, Andy and his team of professionals not only completed the work on time, but also was critical in coming up with layout ideas, lighting, and materials suggestions for all fixtures and finishings. For one, they optimized a previous open space into a great walk-in closet! The level of detail provided in the quotes and design renderings was very impressive and gave me a lot of comfort and confidence. I was also really happy with the level of communication - as with any renovation, homeowners fear surprises and unexpected costs, and the team was great at meeting expectations and accommodating schedules.

He was very accessible throughout the month of work (via text, email or in person, as desired), and checked in on the progress at regular intervals and kept us apprised of any changes required or issues encountered. The quote provided for the work was extremely detailed, and there were no surprises or cost increases at any time during the work. The workers in our home were very respectful and kept everything tidy (including our garage when they needed to use the space at times).
