We met with and got bids from multiple contractors. We are very happy we went with Paramount Stone. They did a fantastic job. The retaining wall we needed replaced was a beast of job. They were able to demo it and put in the new replacement. It bordered our neighbors property and they were very cognizant of keeping the space clean and tidy. He worked with us for an entire year of planning – through design changes, discontinued materials, and extreme amounts of anxiety on our part, and always stayed positive, patient, and in problem solving mode, no matter what was thrown at him. Never did he make us feel like he was frustrated even though we bombarded him with tons of emails and phone calls throughout! Jeff and his Crew Chief Deli are so nice to work with. Jeff was at our site almost every single day for 5 weeks during the build making sure everything ran smoothly and there were no hiccups. Deli and his crew are true artisans and masters of their trade! The amount of perfection and care that went into building our patio is almost unheard of these days, and the final outcome shows it. Deli and his crew worked harder than we’ve ever seen anyone work and with an absolute meticulous eye for detail and design. They worked from a professional design that we had done but added in beautiful details that put this spectacular patio over the top! Jeff and his crew worked in tandem with our electrician, sprinkler specialist, and with the radiant heat company we purchased the system from. The guys created an absolutely beautiful patio that includes lighting, electrical outlets in the walls, a water feature, water lines under the tile for patio plants, and a radiant heating system to keep the snow and ice off our path in the winter.
