We had some challenges as we didn't want the addition to impact our existing family room on the first floor. We felt comfortable with Keith immediately. He was the only builder who came back with an initial design concept and a rough estimate of the costs right away. Keith then introduced us to a fantastic architect who provided a detailed plan that blew us away. It was honestly way more elaborate than we envisioned - a 2 level spa like bathroom, huge walk in with custom shelving and a beautiful 3 season room below. However, when we met with Keith to review the design and renderings, he assured us that the end result was going to be EXACTLY what was depicted and that is what we got. From the first shovel to lay the foundation, to the final finish details, every step of the project was executed perfectly. All of Keith's subcontractors (framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, finish carpenters and tile, flooring, painters etc) were all skilled and professional. Along the way Keith consulted with us on several details and made suggestions that made the end result even better. Keith personally did all the custom shelving in the new walk in closet.
