First things first, the rooms they put together (an office and dining room) are just beautiful. The rooms are peaceful, elegant, inviting and most importantly the first beautiful rooms a guest sees when they enter our home. We are so very proud to show off our new and improved rooms, all thanks to the SILO team. But logistically, the team was really impressive to work with. They were organized, reminded us of scheduled contractors well in advance, coordinated with us on dates seamlessly, explained pricing and sent helpful updates throughout the project. They made the process truly easy and so very organized and that has not been my experience before this with a design team. The software they use for project renderings made it easy for us to visualize design options, for furniture, paint, art and wallpaper, as well as the software for invoices made it easy for us to stay on top of expenses, with everything clearly labeled and stated. They even had patience with us as we went back and forth on a few smaller furniture items, and we ended up right back with what Gabriela originally recommended, but let us take the time to "think out loud".
