> My family and I have worked with many contractors on house renovation/building projects, and Steve is by far the most capable person we've worked with.

> We met Steve in 2020, and the first project we worked on together was a tricky basement remodel (framing, insulation, drywall, windows). He approached the challenge with curiosity, dug deep to understand our motivations, constraints, budget, and desired outcomes. He then researched potential solutions and found a modern custom solution to a technical house construction problem that checked all our boxes. He put together comprehensive work orders and estimates that were straightforward and detailed.
