Regal did a whole house renovation for us in the past, and when we were ready to move to a larger home, the house they renovated sold in 4 days, largely because of the beautiful work they did.

> Doug and Debbie Scott and Regal Contracting remodeled our kitchen.  It was a custom job with new cabinets designed and installed along with brand new appliances, extra outlets for our various small appliances, a new quartz countertop, and a big sink.  As anyone who's done a home remodel will tell you, it can be pretty stressful having a bunch of strangers come in, rip out the existing structure and then start installing a new, expensive one.  But Doug babysat us through the entire process and was on top of every detail.  His subcontractors were also aces!  My wife has a Type A personality and unlike me has the ability to spot any minor flaw that exists, and as with all work like this, she was able to spot a few areas that needed attention.  Doug was very timely in making sure that everything about our new kitchen was perfectly dialed in.  A new kitchen, done well, is not cheap, but the old saying, "You get what you pay for" was so true in this instance.  Our new kitchen and the general absence of stress surrounding its construction was worth every penny.  Thanks Doug and Debbie!  Well done!

> The Scott family took care of the renovation of my childhood home in Santa Ana in 2017. We blew out walls, raised ceilings, replumbed, re-roofed, put in new floor coverings, replaced most of the windows, installed a lot of new electrics, installed a new HVAC system and gutted the master bedroom suite, kitchen, and hallway down to the studs then completely rebuilt from there. I asked them not to paint the finished plasterwork because I wanted to do that myself, which was a mistake on my part. They sustained their attention to detail and emphasis on quality throughout the 5-month job and were never content to let even the slightest imperfection slip by. For instance, the tile line  in the shower pan diverged a quarter inch from being parallel with the pan edge, which was barely noticeable and although I assured Doug it was fine, he insisted on working with me for a better solution. His tiler ended up laying a pebbled surface, which not only solved the alignment problem, but looked even better than the first tiles. There were other instances like this during the job as well, and the end result was finely finished, high quality major renovation. Furthermore, their integrity didn’t end with the job. When we discovered our A/C unit had been slowly leaking over the last three years, Doug got on the line with his HVAC contractor the same day I reached out and within a week, the problem was fixed. Regal’s bid fell in the middle range, but they are worth the premium.

What is paint color did you use on the house!

A: Not sure what the actual color is as we didn't paint that part, but it is very close to Benjamin Moore AC-33 - Mesa Verde Tan.  Hope that helps.

A: It's Eldorado Stone, I believe Rustic Ledge Saratoga.

**Q: Can you install stacked stone over brick on exterior siding?. Or, does the brick need to be removed first?. Tx** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I agree with Peterson Masonry with regards to going over brick.  Typically you need to remove siding prior to adding stone veneer.  If it's plywood siding you can prep it the same as shear wall with double paper and secure your lath to that.  Any lap siding should come off first.  Depending on how long the siding has been on the house, it's important to be sure the structure is sound behind it.  Removing the siding also gives you the opportunity to insulate if that is an issue.
