> We have had a great pleasure of working with Louie Tomaro and his team through the entire process of our home design. He designed such a beautiful Mediterranean home for us that one contractor who is working on our construction right now told me that our house is already worth several hundred thousand dollars more just because it is designed by Louie Tomaro. I asked him why he did not say it is because Louie is one of the best architects here in southern California, nor did he mention that Louie has designed so many luxury large homes in Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes and other South Bay beach cities. In stead, he pointed out how good the open floor plan flows through the entire house, how beautiful the architecture is as showed in the elevation plan, how well natural light shines in, how the house plan is designed to maximize the ocean view ……of course, I was very happy to hear his comment not only because it is our house but also because all these reflects Louie’s hard work. Everything this contractor pointed out has been discussed with us by Louie.

A: The flooring is 12x12 mosaic tile in thassos white and the frame is 1x6 celedon white BB24.
